Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact Support with photos of the issue.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement (no need to return until authorized).

Can I Return My Purchase?

We offer a 60-day return policy (from the purchase date).

  • Personalized items may have a restocking fee (due to being non-resellable).

  • Original shipping & insurance costs are non-refundable.

Item Looks Different Than Online?

While rare, discrepancies can occur due to product renders.
